CCP is an executable (.exe) file. It works as a portable software, without installation, so it does not appear in the list of installed applications. Removal in this case means that you no longer run CCP and restore the colors using the backup file.
- If autostart is enabled, please disable it.
- Exit CCP.
- Restore the colors using the “Colors.reg” file you created when you first started the application.
- Delete the “colorclassic.exe” file from your computer.
- Restart the computer!
If you do not have the initial “Colors.reg” file, you can create a new one on another computer. Choose a computer with the right color settings for you. If you cannot or do not want to create this file, you can load the defaults offered by CCP. The latter option results in color settings similar to the state after a clean installation of Win10.
